I founded Lasting Solutions HR Consulting & Coaching in 2008. I saw a need in the community, and I knew I could fill it. It was a challenging time. Some businesses were struggling, and some were growing rapidly. In both cases, there was a need for excellent HR services.
Within a short time, Lasting Solutions was proudly nominated as the 2010 finalist with the Barrie Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award and 2010 Innisfil Chamber of Commerce New Business Award.
We won the 2011 Nottawasaga Futures New Business Award, and we were a finalist as the 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year Award with the Innisfil Chamber of Commerce.
Our delighted clients gave all nominations. Years later, many of our clients are happily still with us, and our client base grows by reputation.

As the founder, I have an Honours Diploma from Seneca College in Human Resources Management. I hold my CHRL and two designations through WorldatWork, CCP, CBP. I am a Certified Career, Resume and Work-Life Strategist, and I have my CC and CL through Toastmasters International.
